
CONSUMER OPT-IN COMPLIANCE REDESIGN
In Turkey, consumer data consent needs to meet KVKK regulations, which mandate two-factor authentication (2FA) before consent is valid. The opt-in flow for all brands in Turkey did not meet these requirements, posing challenges for online and in-store customer enrollment, requiring a full redesign to align with legal standards.
I am currently leading the cross-functional initiative to redesign the omnichannel consumer journey across online and offline channels and APIs.
